About The Position

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff / Strategic Executive Assistant to partner directly with our founders and help scale the company through its next stage of growth. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll be a trusted operator responsible for helping leadership stay focused on the highest-impact priorities while driving execution across the business. You'll own a mix of executive operations, strategic projects, cross-functional coordination, recruiting support, and company operations. One moment you may be preparing materials for an investor meeting; the next, coordinating an important hiring process, improving an internal workflow, or driving a cross-functional initiative to completion. You’ll report directly to the Head of Finance & Operations and work closely with the founders and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. We move quickly, operate with urgency, and expect the same from everyone on the team.
