About The Position

Partner directly with C-level leadership as a strategic thought partner, problem-solver, and execution lead across strategic initiatives, new product development, and business growth. This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role focused on executive administration or internal coordination. The central mandate is to help build and grow a new consumer product within an established global technology ecosystem, working across Strategy, Product, Growth, Brand, and Business Operations. The role involves defining and executing strategic initiatives; supporting new product development and commercialization; shaping go-to-market strategies and product positioning; assessing growth opportunities; and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff will own high-priority projects from concept through execution, drive alignment across functions and international teams, and support executive decision-making with structured analysis, commercial insights, recommendations, and presentations. The company is an established global consumer technology and social media platform serving millions of daily active users across international markets. It is investing in product innovation and international growth, combining startup creativity and entrepreneurial energy with the scale and resources of a global platform. The New York office is described as highly international, collaborative, and creative, with curiosity, initiative, experimentation, and fresh perspectives encouraged. The role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid arrangement requiring 3–4 days per week in the office.
