About The Position

Solink is hiring a Chief of Staff, Go-to-Market to serve as a senior strategic partner to its Chief Revenue Officer and GTM leadership team. The role works across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Revenue Operations, and the broader business to address complex revenue-organization challenges. It owns ambiguous cross-functional problems, develops the systems and operating models needed to scale, and leads high-stakes initiatives that shape the GTM organization. The role operates with significant autonomy and influence, helping senior leaders make better decisions by connecting business performance, market context, customer insight, and external best practices. It also serves as a thought partner and mentor across the organization. This is a P5-level senior contributor role. The Chief of Staff is expected to lead major GTM initiatives and transformations, influence VP- and C-level decisions, build cross-functional systems and frameworks, align senior stakeholders, and mentor leaders and senior contributors. Success means the CRO and GTM leadership team work from clear priorities, functions share ownership and accountability for outcomes, strategic initiatives achieve measurable impact, leadership has a reliable view of GTM performance and risks, and the CRO can focus more capacity on high-value priorities. The position is remote in Canada and reports to VP, Sales Jesse Bruyn. It is permanent and full-time. The salary range is CAD 150,000–190,000. Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire, be Canadian citizens (including dual citizens) or eligible to work in Canada, and comply with Solink security policies and standards.
