About The Position
The Chief of Staff-Global Supply Chain is a highly strategic and execution-focused leader with a career in Global Supply Chain. You will serve as a critical partner to the CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer) and are responsible for driving alignment, accountability, and execution across key business initiatives. You are a strong operator capable of translating strategy into measurable action while ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives. As a highly visible and strategic role within the Supply Chain Business Unit, you directly influences the execution of the company's growth strategy. The Chief of Staff ensures that strategic initiatives translate into measurable results, enabling the organization to scale effectively and compete in high-growth markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy or business operations
- Proven career in Supply Chain Operations
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing talent
- Experience leading teams that support business operations and administration
- Previous role as Chief of Staff for CSCO

Responsibilities
- Drive the operational rhythm of the function, including Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive reporting processes.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across internal teams to maintain focus on key priorities and execution timelines.
- Serve as the primary lead for strategic initiatives to the CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer).
- Partner closely with global and regional leaders to drive adoption of key initiatives and translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Monitor initiative progress and drive accountability through KPI tracking and reporting.
- Define, track, and report on critical business and sales KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with leadership teams.
- Ensure data integrity and visibility through enterprise systems.
- Lead and develop a team supporting business operations and administration.
- Build a high-performing support structure that enhances executive effectiveness.
- Establish clear expectations, accountability, and development plans for direct reports to foster continuous growth and operational excellence.
- Partner with the CSCO identify and develop high-impact growth initiatives.
- Drive the execution of initiatives tied to measurable outcomes and business impact.
