About The Position

This is a high-impact leadership role supporting the SVP, AMEC Sales while leading a regional transformation agenda across sales process, operating model, data, and AI-enabled execution. It is ideal for a strategic operator who can turn executive priorities into measurable operating change and business outcomes. This role works across AMEC Sales, including Direct Sales, Distribution, Field Applications, and Sales Operations. The leader will partner closely with Sales Operations, IT, Data and Analytics, Finance, HR, and external partners to drive a multi-quarter transformation agenda. Core ownership areas include AMEC Sales leadership operating rhythm, prioritization and execution of the AMEC Sales transformation agenda, redesign of high-value sales and management workflows, adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across target users and leadership forums, and executive visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and business impact. This is a business transformation and executive leverage role, not an administrative, PMO-only, or tool implementation position. The leader owns the AMEC Sales transformation agenda, leadership cadence, workflow redesign priorities, adoption plans, and outcome tracking.
