About The Position

THE OPPORTUNITY We are Amplifier, and we have built the world’s first Large Acoustic Model (LAM), a foundation model that uses human voice to detect health conditions. This is sci-fi becoming reality. We have raised significant capital from top-tier investors to turn this technology into a massive new category in healthcare. We are looking for a force multiplier. This is not an administrative role. This is a rotation in the C-Suite. You will work directly with the Founders (Jeremy & Amit) to execute the most critical initiatives in the company. THE REALITY Let’s be clear about what this is. You are a Running Mate. You will work hand-in-hand with the Founders every single day. This is a partnership. You will be in the flow of information, helping to debate strategic decisions, prepare for board meetings, and execute on the priorities that matter most. Strategy is 10%; Execution is 90%. This is not a role for people who want to sit in a room and theorize. This is a "get sht done" role. You will spend the vast majority of your time grinding—chasing down answers, unblocking teams, and physically pushing projects across the finish line. No Job is Too Small, No Job is Too Big. One hour you might be running a complex analysis for our Series A; the next you might be assembling desks for the new office. You have zero ego. You do the unglamorous work because you know it enables the mission. We work in person in San Francisco. You learn by osmosis. You need to be in the room where the decisions happen. THE MISSION Your job is to make the Founders more effective. You are the connective tissue between Strategy and Execution. The Challenge: Special Projects: "We need to launch a new pricing tier." "We need to find a new office." "We need to audit our cloud spend." You are the person we throw at the problems that don't have a clear owner yet. Fundraising & Investor Relations: You will help build the deck, run the data room, and manage the diligence process for our next round of funding. Operational Rhythm: You will own the OKR process and ensure the team is actually hitting the goals we set. You hold the team accountable.

Requirements

  • A Multi-Disciplinary Athlete: You are dangerous in every room. You can build a world-class pitch deck, help close a six-figure deal, screen a candidate for a technical role, and weigh in on product strategy—all before lunch. You don't have a "lane"; you do whatever it takes to win.
  • An Operator, Not Just a Strategist: You don't just recommend what to do; you do it. You have a "founder mindset"—you see a gap, you fill it, and you don't wait for permission. You prefer shipping over theorizing.
  • Commercial & Product Fluency: We don't care how good you are at Excel; we care how good you are at building a business. You understand how product decisions impact sales and how to craft a narrative that moves the market.
  • Future Founder: You want to start your own company one day. You view this role as a 2-year apprenticeship to learn how to build a unicorn from the inside out.
