About The Position
The City of Sisseton is seeking a Police Chief to lead the local department. This position performs administrative work managing and directing Police Department activities, including planning, organizing, directing, and supervising law enforcement. The position is located in Sisseton, South Dakota. The salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The position is open until February 1, 2027.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in police work, including two years at a rank equivalent to police corporal or higher; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
