About The Position

We're hiring a Chief of Medical Staff – Psychiatry who wants to lead an expanding inpatient behavioral health program while continuing to provide exceptional psychiatric care. You'll step into an inpatient leadership role focused on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, admissions, rounding, and physician leadership. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team while helping shape clinical quality, physician engagement, and future program growth. You'll practice in Melbourne, Florida, a vibrant Space Coast community offering beautiful beaches, year-round outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Enjoy inpatient psychiatric medicine and physician leadership
• Value collaboration, mentorship, and quality improvement
• Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is preferred, but motivated physicians are encouraged to apply
