About The Position

Hilton Garden Inn in Ogden, UT is looking for a talented professional to join our team as our full-time Chief of Maintenance. This is a full-time management position with a flexible and varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed to support hotel operations. As Chief of Maintenance, you'll oversee a thorough maintenance program, ensuring both preventive and corrective initiatives are implemented to maintain our property's high standards. You'll prioritize work orders to address guest needs, manage critical systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure pool safety complies with health regulations. Additionally, you'll handle the maintenance budget, maintain a well-kept exterior, and work with your team to implement innovative solutions, all while ensuring operational excellence for an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

OSHA Certified
EPA Certified
Trade Licenses
CHOE Certification
Experience in physical plant maintenance and protection
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, BAS/BMS, energy management, and preventative maintenance
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisor, and associates
Effective leadership skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
