About The Position
An excellent healthcare facility near Brockton, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the nursing team and serve as Chief Nursing Officer. This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire position with a schedule of Monday – Friday in an Inpatient setting. The role offers a full, comprehensive, and robust benefits package.
Requirements
- Must have a BSN and a Master’s degree
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in nursing leadership
- Must have or be willing to obtain a CRRN Certification
Responsibilities
- Set organization-wide clinical standards, monitor the quality of patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee nurse managers, department supervisors, and clinical staff, working closely with department heads, the medical staff leadership, and the executive team to foster interdepartmental collaboration and provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with regulations from The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and State Laws.
- Monitor quality indicators, risk management reports, and patient satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
