Founded in 1916, we have served the community for over a century and remain a cornerstone of local healthcare as the largest employer in Iroquois County, supporting approximately 350 dedicated employees. Our facilities include a 24/7 Emergency Department, a Progressive Care Unit, a 35-bed skilled nursing facility (Iroquois Resident Home), and several primary care clinics across Illinois and Indiana. The Role The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a pivotal executive leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care across the organization. As a key member of the administrative team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and hold 24/7 oversight for the nursing and other assigned clinical areas. You will be the primary architect of patient care standards and nursing practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care throughout the organization.
