About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a full-time position at Victoria Rehab. The CNO will direct all nursing service activities for the facility, ensuring adequate staffing for appropriate nursing care and developing/implementing policies and procedures in compliance with PAM Health system policies and accreditation standards. Requirements
- Active RN License in the state.
- Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
- Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required
- Current BLS and ACLS required.
Nice To Haves
- three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
Responsibilities
- Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.
