About The Position
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the health of each resident and the coordination of services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process. This role is for a dependable and energetic individual.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- 2 years Director of Nursing experience in SNF
Responsibilities
- Oversee the health of each resident.
- Coordinate services to provide the appropriate level of care.
- Maintain quality assurance.
- Implement plans for improvement.
- Take call after hours and on weekends and maintain a chain of command.
- Present a professional appearance.
- Understand and follow through with directions given related to patient care.
