About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in Canton, Ohio. This is an executive physician leadership role within a community-based nonprofit healthcare organization. The CMO will provide strategic clinical oversight and quality leadership, oversee an established medical residency program, and maintain a leadership-focused schedule with administrative and clinical responsibilities. The role supports team-based care delivery and quality management initiatives, and includes providing outpatient clinical care while serving in a senior leadership capacity. The schedule is approximately 70% administrative and 30% clinical, with no weekend clinic responsibilities and a flexible on-call arrangement. The clinical volume is approximately 15-35 patients per week.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OBGYN REQUIRED
- Active Ohio Medical License REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years healthcare leadership experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
