About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, community-focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network. This is an opportunity for a physician leader who wants to make a meaningful impact — not only on patients, but on providers, operational strategy, and the future growth of an organization deeply committed to underserved communities. This organization serves approximately 13,000 patients annually, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access and outcomes within underserved communities. Many patients identify as Hispanic, and many prefer services in a language other than English. As a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, the organization emphasizes whole-person, integrated care, quality-driven outcomes, community-centered medicine, and collaborative leadership. This is more than a traditional CMO role. It’s an opportunity to influence organizational direction, strengthen provider culture, and help expand access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare throughout the community.
