About The Position

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role focused on strengthening provider performance, improving quality outcomes, and expanding services. This is not a plug-and-play position — you’ll roll up your sleeves, build systems, earn trust, and drive measurable growth while maintaining a clinical presence.

Requirements

• Board Certified Primary Care Physician
• Currently serving as a CMO within an FQHC
• Understand UDS, HEDIS, and HRSA compliance
