This role serves as a key member of the entity's Executive Leadership Team and acts as the primary liaison between administration and medical staff to foster collaboration and ensure high-quality patient care. The position provides strategic leadership in physician alignment, quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include guiding operational and economic planning, supporting clinical integration initiatives, and representing the organization within the community. The role also partners with leadership on governance, medical staff engagement, and strategic planning to drive organizational performance. Due to the nature of these responsibilities—such as direct interaction with medical staff, participation in committees, and community representation—regular on-site presence is essential to effectively fulfill the duties of this position. This role will serve in both an administrative and clinical capacity, comprised of a .80 administrative FTE and .20 clinical FTE.
