This role involves leading, training, and mentoring an engineering team, diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, strategically planning and executing capital and engineering budgets, managing inventory and scheduling, championing loss prevention and safety programs, and partnering with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects.

Requirements

5+ years in engineering
Proven leadership skills
Budget & P&L experience
Knowledge of safety codes
Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems.
Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets.
Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
