The Chief Maintenance Engineering Manager is a key member of the property management team, responsible for ensuring the hotel is properly maintained and that the maintenance team adheres to all brand and McKibbon standards. This role oversees the repair and upkeep of the hotel’s physical infrastructure, including (but not limited to) plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool systems, fire and life safety equipment, and general facilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chief Maintenance Engineer Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the property at the highest quality standards, ensuring a worry-free experience for guests and protecting the asset for ownership.
