FlyUSA is a growing FAA Part 145 certificated repair station specializing in business aviation maintenance, inspection, and airworthiness services. Operating from our Pembroke Pines, Florida facility, we support a diverse fleet of corporate and private aircraft with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. As we expand our capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager / Chief Inspector to lead our quality assurance department and serve as a cornerstone of our airworthiness program. The Quality Control Manager / Chief Inspector is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving FlyUSA's Quality Assurance program in full conformance with 14 CFR Part 145. This individual will serve as the primary authority on all inspection activities, return-to-service decisions, and quality system oversight. The Chief Inspector is the final line of defense for airworthiness and will ensure that all maintenance, repairs, alterations, and inspections are performed to FAA-approved standards. This position requires a deep technical foundation in aircraft maintenance, a thorough command of FAA regulatory requirements, and the leadership ability to build and sustain a culture of quality throughout the organization.
