The Chief Inspector is one of the most consequential roles in BOND’s Maintenance organization — serving as the final authority for releasing every company aircraft to service. This position directs the Inspection Department, oversees the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS), manages RII authorization, and ensures every aircraft on BOND’s certificate is maintained to the standard our members and the FAA expect. The Chief Inspector works in close coordination with the Director of Maintenance, Director of Quality, the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and approved vendors — maintaining inspection standards, regulatory compliance, and documentation integrity across the fleet. This is a role that demands technical depth, regulatory fluency, and the leadership to build and maintain a culture of accuracy and accountability within the inspection organization.
