Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Defense Industrial Base or a directly comparable national security environment.
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling cybersecurity capabilities for a large-scale regulated enterprise.
  • A collaborative technical executive who develops options and solves problems in an evolving technology landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI systems.
  • Understanding of securing agentic architectures.
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust security frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team organized across enterprise IT security functions including security operations and incident response, threat intelligence, network security architecture, identity and access management, cloud and application security, vulnerability management, governance and compliance, and third-party risk.
  • Own the Company’s NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance program and associated audits.
  • Serve as the Company's Technology Control Officer, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Technology Control Plan and ensuring the FOCI mitigation instrument is operationally supported in partnership with Legal, the FSO, and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to enterprise AI governance, providing the security and compliance perspective on vetting, deploying, and controlling AI tools in CUI-constrained environments, including governance of autonomous agents and other emerging technologies.
