About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsible for establishing and overseeing enterprise cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of systems, data, and digital infrastructure across cloud, platform, and development environments. Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience with cloud security environments
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Experience managing security operations teams
• Strong incident response and risk management experience
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships provided.

Nice To Haves

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting government or regulated environments
• Experience with SIEM and security monitoring platforms
• Active SECRET security clearance preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategy and policies
• Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Establish risk management and compliance frameworks
• Implement continuous monitoring and threat detection programs
• Ensure security integration across cloud, platform, and enterprise systems
• Conduct security assessments and audits
• Develop disaster recovery and resilience strategies
• Provide executive leadership on cybersecurity risk and posture
