About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in advisory, consulting, or leadership roles.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and guiding outcomes.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and executive communication.
  • Business understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, marketing maturity, AI adoption, and Unified Communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, PSA/CRM, quoting, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT Management, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Other education or professional development in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, marketing, or AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, facilitator, and relationship leader for assigned clients.
  • Work with clients to uncover needs, pains, and opportunities, translating them into clear solutions that deliver business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Cybersecurity, Compliance, Marketing, AI, and Unified Communications practices to bring the right expertise to clients at the right time.
  • Clarify business and organizational priorities by understanding what an organization is trying to accomplish.
  • Manage outcomes and accountability by translating strategy into objectives, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration by bringing people together, reframing issues, and focusing discussions on productive solutions and outcomes.
  • Engage in consultative selling by building trust, uncovering pain points, framing solution concepts, discussing financial aspects, and guiding decision criteria towards win-win outcomes.
  • Drive high-level IT outcomes as a key member of the MSP delivery team.
  • Explain the business value of core solutions such as Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, and cloud technologies.
  • Effectively use core tools for clear communication, simplifying complexity, and leveraging PSA/CRM, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, quoting, and AI tools.
  • Leverage Sales Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to provide clients with the necessary expertise and specifics of solutions.
