As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you'll lead enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital transformation, infrastructure, and innovation efforts that support employee success, member experience, and long-term organizational growth. Requirements

  • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive people leadership experience in IT, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of financial services technology, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading ADO, Agile development teams and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Credit Union’s enterprise technology strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams across IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and software development.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and strategic partnerships.
  • Champion Agile development practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technology leadership during critical incidents, system recovery efforts, and evolving regulatory requirements.
