The Chief Information Officer provides organizational leadership for technology, information systems, and business intelligence in furtherance of the agency’s mission and strategic intent. This role involves serving as a member of the senior leadership team, developing and implementing data strategy and enterprise technology solutions, and guiding teams to influence change. The CIO will lead enterprise-wide efficiency improvements through automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making, and partner with clinical leadership to leverage technology in service delivery while ensuring cybersecurity protocols and data privacy are aligned with clinical/evidence-based practices. The position also oversees information systems, data management, information security, business intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity operations, technology innovation, vendor relationships, project management governance, and acts as a staff liaison for technology to relevant Board committees. While this job description covers many aspects of the role, employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
