About The Position

M&R Printing Equipment Inc. in Roselle, IL seeks a Chief Information Officer to support the development of the company’s strategic plan and future growth. This role will direct the company’s overall technical vision and development, collaborate with department leaders to assess and understand IT needs, and communicate regularly with senior leadership on IT initiatives, progress, challenges, and priorities. The CIO will oversee the implementation of a new ERP system, continuously evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes, and recommend or implement improvements as appropriate. This position also involves managing the department’s annual budgets, ensuring the security of all proprietary company data, and maintaining disaster recovery and backup protocols. Additionally, the CIO will advise other department heads on the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, provide leadership and guidance to department heads in alignment with the company’s culture, mission, and values, and create, maintain, and enforce written policies and procedures regarding all IT operations company-wide. The role includes reviewing records to measure department productivity, quality of output, and cost of service, and developing strategies for continuous improvement, as well as evaluating and managing IT service providers and vendors. Approximately 10% travel is required domestically and internationally for tradeshows when needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in an executive role.
  • Experience with Enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable system design supporting global business operations.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise security frameworks to safeguard proprietary business data.
  • Experience with Data governance, enterprise data management, and business intelligence platforms supporting operational decision-making.
  • Experience with Software development practices, DevOps methodologies, and deployment automation within enterprise environments.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure operations including networks, servers, endpoints, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems, enterprise application portfolio management, and system integrations supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Technical knowledge of screen printing equipment, production workflows, and digital systems used in screen printing production environments.
