About The Position

At First Call Computer Solutions we work with Montana businesses, non-profits, towns, and schools that want to grow and modernize while keeping their Montana lifestyle intact. Requirements

  • Proven experience in advisory, consulting, or leadership roles.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and guiding outcomes.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and executive communication
  • Business understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, marketing maturity, AI adoption, and UC
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, PSA/CRM, quoting, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT Management, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a strategic advisor, facilitator, and relationship leader for assigned clients.
  • Works with clients to uncover needs, pains, opportunities, and translate them into clear solutions that deliver business outcomes.
  • Works in our MSP IT practice, but collaborates across Cybersecurity, Compliance, Marketing, AI, and UC — to bring the right team member’s expertise and services to the table at the right time.
  • Clarifies Business & Organizational Priorities – Ask the right questions about customers to understand what an organization is really trying to accomplish.
  • Manages Outcomes & Accountability – Translate strategy into objectives, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Facilitates Communication & Collaboration – Bring people together; reframe issues; and keep discussions focused on productive solutions and outcomes.
  • Performs Consultative Selling – Build trust, uncover pain, frame solution concepts, discuss money, and guide decision criteria toward win-win outcomes.
  • Drives high level IT outcomes as key member of our MSP delivery team.
  • Works collaboratively with other service practices: Cybersecurity/Compliance, Digital Marketing, Professional Services, AI to drive business outcomes.
  • Explains Offerings Clearly – Articulate the business value of Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, cloud, and other core solutions.
  • Uses Core Tools Effectively – Communicate clearly, simplify complexity, and leverage PSA/CRM, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, quoting, and AI tools.
  • Leverages Sales Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to provide clients with the expertise and specifics of the solutions our clients need.
