  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as a human resources professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s people strategy in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership team on human capital issues.
  • Direct the performance management systems, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Conduct the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefit programs.
  • Establish behaviors and best practices that support the organization’s mission and values.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Work across compensation on salary levels and maintain compensation strategies.
  • Oversee EAP programs for the company and provide monthly or quarterly reporting as needed.
