The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as the senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of all human resources functions throughout Pueblo Diversified Industries. The CHRO is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves as the principal advisor to the President and CEO on workforce strategy, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, succession planning, compliance, risk management, and organizational culture. The CHRO is responsible for ensuring that all employment practices are administered in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws while supporting PDI’s mission, strategic objectives, and operational needs. The CHRO serves as PDI’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer and oversees all employment-related compliance activities, workforce planning initiatives, employee relations matters, and human capital strategies.
