Chief Growth Officer: Creo Influencer Marketing (North America) Creo is Omnicom Media’s Influencer Marketing agency, connecting brands with creators through data-driven strategy, activation, and measurable business impact. As Creo enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Growth Officer, President to partner with the CEO and own the agency’s end-to-end growth agenda. Role Overview This executive leadership role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth across clients, products, and partnerships. The Chief Growth Officer will oversee client development and be fully accountable for pipeline development, conversion, and revenue realization in support of Creo’s 2026 and 2027 targets.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in agency, media, communications, influencer, or digital marketing environments.
  • Proven track record of driving significant client and revenue growth and winning enterprise-level new business, including pitch narrative construction for influencer and agency-level pitch work.
  • Deep expertise in influencer marketing across brand, performance, commerce, and community.
  • Thought leadership and outward presence at influencer and social marketing events
  • Robust knowledge of influencer technology partners and growth opportunities
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Creo’s enterprise growth strategy aligned to annual and multi-year revenue targets for client relationships within and outside of Omnicom
  • Lead holistic new business pursuits, including Agency of Record (AOR) and enterprise engagements, episodic/”Core” engagements and dynamic commercial evolution as required.
  • Oversee all client-facing teams with Head of Client Solutions, ensuring unified delivery from ideation to activation.
  • Drive expansion in priority sectors including B2B, Health, and Fashion.
  • Translate strategy and pitch delivery into scalable execution and sustainable revenue performance reflective of Creo’s ambitions and opportunity.
  • Serve as senior executive sponsor for key client relationships.
  • Lead in-room new business efforts for both Creo and Omnicom-wide pitches as senior influencer leader
  • Partner with Omnicom and Creo leadership to evolve commercially differentiated products and offerings.
