Chief Growth Officer

Northwest CenterSeattle, WA
1d$225,000 - $260,000Hybrid

About The Position

Northwest Center is an ambitious, dynamic, and driven social enterprise organization that operates successful businesses to drive societal change. We are focused on our collective North—a world where all children have equitable access to education, and the employment rate for people with disabilities is the same as the general population. Since its inception in 1965, Northwest Center has built and acquired a portfolio of commercial businesses to fuel our mission of disability inclusion and enable our journey North. We are entering a new chapter focused on expanding our reach, strengthening our portfolio, and creating new avenues for impact. The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team and a key architect of Northwest Center’s next phase of growth. This role requires a hands-on executive who can define the growth agenda and establish the systems and partnerships necessary to achieve it. The CGO will lead the organization’s growth strategy and drive revenue generation across targeted business areas, with an initial emphasis on the program portfolio. Working closely with fellow executive leaders, particularly the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this leader will ensure alignment between growth initiatives and operational delivery. Core responsibilities include building a scalable sales infrastructure to support long-term growth, leading marketing efforts to position the organization for greater impact, and developing new revenue streams and strategic partnerships that advance Northwest Center’s mission. The ideal candidate brings deep sales expertise, proven experience carrying a quota, and the ability to design and implement sales operating systems from day one. Hands-on sales leaders with a track record of overseeing marketing and revenue generation are strongly encouraged to apply.
