Requirements

• Proven experience as a high-level growth executive, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in a consulting or related field.
• Deep knowledge of the management consulting industry and disruptive growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Visionary: Create, own, and execute a growth strategy that aligns with Letsscale's vision. This includes setting clear objectives, priorities, and key results.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your role is to be the growth engine of our business.
• Innovative Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with other consulting firms, software providers, industry associations, and more. Leverage these partnerships to create mutually beneficial alliances that disrupt the industry.
• Thought Leadership: Lead Letsscale's thought leadership initiatives, positioning us as industry disruptors. Develop and promote high-value content, webinars, events, and presentations that showcase our unique approach.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a top-tier growth team, recruiting professionals who share our vision and can drive success.
• Market Insights: Utilize data analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and client needs. Translate insights into action plans.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the optimization of our sales process, ensuring smooth pipeline management, CRM utilization, and effective reporting.
• Client Success: Collaborate with the client success team to ensure client satisfaction and expansion of client relationships.
