About The Position

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives that enhance patient acquisition, improve care delivery models, and expand market presence. This role focuses on developing partnerships, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while achieving sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare growth, strategy, or business development.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and patient experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth in healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
