We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to partner directly with the CEO and lead Augusto’s growth organization with a strong emphasis on sales execution. The CEO and leadership team set the strategic direction, and the CGO plays a key role in executing that strategy through measurable business growth. This is both a strategic and operational leadership role: you’ll translate Augusto’s growth vision into measurable outcomes, personally lead key deals, and build the systems, accountability, and team structure that sustain consistent pipeline and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for setting and tracking client ROI metrics that align with Augusto’s mission of delivering measurable value early and often. Initially, the CGO will function as a selling leader, personally driving revenue to establish process and momentum. Over time, this role will transition to building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales organization that scales beyond individual production. The right candidate has a proven track record of selling complex services and solutions, ideally in digital transformation, software development, or applied AI.
