The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for the firm’s financial stewardship, operational integrity, and long-term financial strategy. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring the firm and its investment products operate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with fiduciary obligations. The CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors, partnering on strategic management of the firm, including annual and long-term planning, organic and inorganic growth goals and programs, compensation and benefit plan implementation, firm ownership transactions, and risk management.
