About The Position

GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a private equity-backed heavy equipment dealership in the Baltimore area (~$125M revenue) that is scaling aggressively toward $200M–$250M through both organic growth and acquisitions. They’re building out their executive team and are looking for a hands-on, strategic CFO to help lead the next phase of growth.

Requirements

• Experience in floor plan lending / asset-based financing
• Strong relationships with lenders and capital providers
• M&A experience within a PE-backed environment
• A leader who can operate both strategically and in the weeds

Responsibilities

• Finance, HR, and IT leadership
• Strategic planning and decision support for ownership
• Banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structure
• M&A execution and integration
• Building scalable processes and infrastructure
