About The Position

Our client provides electronic money infrastructure for fintech companies and enterprises. They offer global payment processing in over 135 currencies, compliance solutions including KYC and AML automation, and business growth analytics. Their API-first approach enables rapid integration, facilitating seamless cross-border transactions and regulatory adherence. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead financial strategy and planning in a fast-paced fintech environment. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will oversee key financial operations including treasury, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and more, all while working closely with executive leadership.

Requirements

3+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance in fintech or payments.
Strong hands-on experience with EMI operations, acquiring, payment processing, and regulated financial services.
Deep understanding of financial planning, treasury management, regulatory reporting, audits, and relationships with banks, payment partners, and regulators.
Languages: English, Russian.
Experience in fintech.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including board-level interaction.
High level of ownership, leadership, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
