About The Position
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJâs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clientâs needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential. A company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. This executive role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive performance, optimize systems, and ensure financial integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and ERP systems
- Proven leadership and executive communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or high-growth environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and risk management functions
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital strategy
- Lead ERP implementation and financial systems optimization
- Present financial insights to executive leadership, board, and investors
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
