Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Compensation: $400,000–$450,000 (inclusive of base salary + bonus) Strategic Financial Leader for a Growing Platform Our group is seeking a high-impact Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly growing automotive dealership platform and partner closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, scalable infrastructure, and long-term enterprise value. This role goes far beyond traditional accounting. The CFO will serve as a strategic operator, translating financial data into operational decisions, building scalable processes to support growth, and helping lead the organization through expansion and performance optimization. Requirements

  • Automotive dealership group experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success driving profitability in multi-store and growth environments
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational partnership skills
  • Experience building financial systems and processes for scaling organizations
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior operators and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Drive normalized EBITDA growth and enterprise value creation
  • Support platform expansion, including acquisitions, integrations, and scalability initiatives
  • Align departmental financial targets with GM compensation and operational accountability
  • Partner closely with Dealer Principals, CEO, COO, and executive leadership on growth strategy and capital allocation
  • Build forward-looking forecasts, budgets, and scenario models
  • Identify early warning indicators before performance issues reach financial statements
  • Deliver group flash reporting and exception-based dashboards focused on actionable insights
  • Develop Controllers and Office Managers into strategic business partners
  • Standardize financial reporting across all locations
  • Drive accelerated and disciplined month-end close
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support continued growth
