About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the construction industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Your main goal will be to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization, while also driving growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong executive presence and leadership skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Analytical problem-solving skills will be essential for identifying and mitigating financial risks, while developing strategic profit models and measuring organizational performance.
• Strong financial governance skills to ensure compliance with all regulations and reporting requirements, as well as strategic cost management skills to drive growth and profitability.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience with international finance and accounting.

Responsibilities
