The CFO is a financial manager driving change and supporting the Business Area President to drive increased profitability and an integrated well-functioning organization. The CFO leads, directs, and controls the organization’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the Business Areas of Cardiac Surgery (CS) and Vascular Interventions, and the Finance teams supporting both businesses will report to this position. The CFO is responsible for overseeing the financial functions of these businesses including their financial plans, policies, and procedures, as well as the organization's financial relationship with the parent company. The CFO provides strategic finance leadership for the respective Product Areas, by and being a strong support for a performance driven Finance function in the management team as well as in the entire organization. The position oversees financial analysis and works closely with the treasury and tax functions. This position also functions as a member of the senior management team. This position is hybrid and reports to the Wayne, NJ office.
