About The Position

The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide leadership, management, and vision for its financial, administration, and information technology functions. This role is critical for strategic planning, financial management, and operational effectiveness within the $25 Million organization. The CFO will oversee a staff of 15, directing financial and business planning, translating business goals into financial and budget plans, and overseeing technology resource utilization and implementation. This position also supervises all operational aspects of the Society’s business strategy, including facilities management and office administration, while fostering a culture of customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making.
