Job Overview: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a core member of the Executive Team and is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and stewardship of the company. This role leads all financial operations—budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, audits, land and project accounting, banking relationships, risk management, and financial reporting—with a focus on growth, cost efficiency, and fiscal integrity. The CFO delivers strategic insights and ensures that financial systems, policies, and controls support long-term business performance in a high-growth homebuilding environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA designation strongly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 8 years in a senior or executive finance role.
Proven experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structures.
Homebuilding industry experience required; experience with private homebuilders is strongly preferred.
