The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for the agency's Fiscal and Business Technology Services (BTS) departments. The CFO is responsible for ensuring the organization's financial integrity, long-term sustainability, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, technology infrastructure, and operational effectiveness align with the agency's mission, strategic priorities, and growth objectives. This position oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, risk management, business analytics, and technology strategy while partnering with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support informed decision-making, organizational performance, and the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
