The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the County’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, efficiency, and transparency. This position oversees the development and implementation of financial policies, annual budgets, audits, investments, debt management, payroll, and procurement in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements, state statutes, and federal law.
