About The Position

NOW CFO is partnering with an established, growing construction company in Utah to find its next Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, you'll be the senior finance leader for the business. You'll give ownership clear visibility into job performance, cash flow, and profitability, and you'll build the financial strategy, team, and processes that support steady, sustainable growth. We're looking for someone who has held a senior finance role in the construction industry. You should excel at strategic financial leadership and have hands-on experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition under ASC 606. You understand the parts of construction finance that other industries don't have, such as retainage, change orders, bonding capacity, and project-level cash management. You're also comfortable explaining those topics to owners in plain terms. Ultimately, you'll protect margins and help leadership make confident decisions about the work they bid, win, and build.
