Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, Business Administration focus strongly preferred; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 13+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading complex finance organizations within large or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and corporate finance.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategy.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, business intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale organizational transformation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, business planning, investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead all finance functions.
  • Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Drive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
  • Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics across the organization.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
  • Lead due diligence and financial integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives that enhance financial operations and decision-making.
