Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Must have progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare within a multi-specialty medical group, physician enterprise, or healthcare system.
Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and physicians to support strategic initiatives and operational performance.
Ability to lead and develop finance teams while supporting organizational growth and financial sustainability.
