About The Position

Super Color Digital is looking for a strategic, operationally minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and help drive the next phase of growth for our fast-moving, founder-led, investor-backed manufacturing company. This is not a traditional CFO role. We’re seeking a hands-on executive who thrives in manufacturing environments, understands operational finance deeply, and can transform financial insights into strategic action. You’ll work directly with the CEO to improve profitability, optimize operations, scale infrastructure, and build long-term enterprise value. Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role (Controller, VP Finance, or CFO)
  • Strong experience in manufacturing, printing, production, industrial, or operationally intensive environments
  • Deep expertise in: Manufacturing cost accounting
  • Deep expertise in: Inventory management
  • Deep expertise in: Operational KPI reporting
  • Deep expertise in: Forecasting & financial modeling
  • Deep expertise in: Cash flow and working capital management

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • CPA and/or CMA strongly preferred
  • Experience in founder-led, investor-backed, or growth-stage companies
  • Multi-location or multi-entity experience is a plus
  • Experience working with investors, lenders, or private equity groups preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive company-wide financial strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and operational decisions
  • Lead budgeting, cash flow management, financial modeling, and KPI reporting
  • Support scalability initiatives, capital investments, and strategic expansion opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Sales teams
  • Improve pricing strategy, labor utilization, inventory controls, and cost accounting
  • Develop operational reporting and performance metrics that drive accountability
  • Help scale systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure for future growth
  • Oversee all accounting and finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, billing, collections, and tax
  • Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management
  • Manage banking relationships, lender requirements, and financial reporting obligations
  • Lead and mentor a growing Finance & Accounting team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization
